Cancellation Policy
At Sun and Sand Charters, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your charter. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled charter time: No cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled charter time: A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking amount. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure that we can continue to offer the best service to all of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
